1. Acceptance
Use of Listitt (the "App") is subject to these terms and the Privacy Policy. By using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2. The service
The App lets you manage shopping lists, share them, and compare prices across supermarket chains. It is provided "as is". We may change or discontinue parts of it.
3. Account
You can use the App as a guest (an anonymous account) or save an account with an email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email. You can delete your account at any time inside the App.
4. Your content
- You remain the owner of the content you create (lists, names, notes).
- You grant us a non-exclusive, free licence to store, sync and display it to operate the App, including showing it to members of lists you share.
- You grant us a licence to use aggregated, non-identifying data derived from use, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for what you share with others. Do not share content that is harmful, unlawful or that you have no right to share.
- The recipe book. A recipe you write is published in the public recipe book (with your display name) unless you mark it private, and you can make it private or delete it at any time. By publishing a recipe you grant every user a free licence to read it, save a copy for personal use and use its ingredients in their shopping lists. Publish only recipes (text and photos) that you wrote or have the right to publish; do not publish other people's recipes copied from books or websites. Do not publish content that is offensive, unlawful, misleading, spam or that exposes personal details.
- Comments and likes. You may like public recipes and write short comments (up to 500 characters) on them; your display name is shown next to a comment. Comments must be respectful: no insults, spam, advertising or personal details. You can delete your comments, and the author of a recipe can delete comments on it.
- Reporting and removal. Every public recipe has a "report" option and users can hide an author. We may hide or remove any public recipe, and close accounts that repeatedly breach these terms, without notice. Send complaints, including copyright complaints, to the contact address below and we will review them promptly.
5. Prohibited use
Do not try to break into the service or bypass security, harm its availability, access other people's data, scrape it at unusual scale, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may restrict or close accounts that violate these terms.
6. Prices and offers
Prices and offers are based on information supermarket chains publish to the public by law, and on our estimates (for example a reference product for each item). They are not binding and may differ in your branch or at purchase time; an offer may have ended or be limited to club members. The App is not affiliated with the chains, does not sell products, and is not responsible for price differences. Chain and brand names belong to their owners and are shown for identification only.
7. Intellectual property
The App, its design and code belong to us. These terms transfer no rights beyond a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or unavailability of the service. Do not rely on the App alone for significant financial decisions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you in the App. Continued use means acceptance.
11. Governing law
Israeli law applies, and the competent courts in Beer Sheva have exclusive jurisdiction.
